| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Tl*- the contact stated that the 2006 pontiac montana sv6 had a problem with thecrossover vehicle. on 03/05/07 the right rear sliding door was opened without activating the key less entry remote. they checked all the other doors and they were locked. he stated that he drove the vehicle to the dealership and informed them of the problem . they checked the vehicle, and found that the contact connector was unplugged. the failure mileage was 19,886 and the current mileage was 20,149.*ak the service tech stated the connnector had never been plugged in. updated 04/09/07. *jb |
