Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: I was in a parking lot once again, loading my children in the passenger side of the 2006 kia sedona that we have, and when i went to shut the door, it bounced back open five times without latching...this will make the fourth time that we are going to take it in tomorrow morning for door problems...this will make the third time that we have had the same problems with the passenger sliding door bouncing back open, and not latching. big safety issues that need addressed soon! the first time taken in, problem could not be duplicated...second time, the service dept installed new cables in both sliding doors, the third time was for the drivers side sliding door, that was stuck open and would not shut at all and had to drive down a busy street that way...they found a cable nut that was unplugged in the door and supposedly fixed that, but they would not provide me with any proof of my vehicle being in the service dept while i went to pick up the van from obrien...service guy kept saying he would put my papers in the mail....sounds kinda fishy to me....and now this (doors bouncing open again on the passenger side) i have two very small children that ride in the two seats there, but the service dept and obrien does not seem to care about that...so, we will see what happens in the morning!
