| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I heard a knocking noise. so i took it back to the place i had my oil changed at, as i was turning into the the side street a belt broke. after my car sat for three nights on the parking lot of this business, it was then towed to the shope. it was then i was informed that i was not the first person who has had sludge build upthis. engine needs to be replaced, due to sludge build up. my car is now sitting in my drive way, because i can not afford to pay 5,000 + to have my car fixed.i have no car to drive back and forth to school. now i feel so disquestedwhen i think about this car. i think chrysler should at least give me half, considering they were aware of this problem |
