| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Bike internittantly leaks gas from under the left side of the gas tank and breather box. the dealership finally picked the bike up for repair after three weeks of phoned in requests. currently the dealership has had the bike in their shop for almost two weeks and can't find the issue. the dealership has admitted several times that the manufacturer know about the issue but the dealer will not replace/repair the bike until they actually see the submitted issue. i cannot accept the bike back into my possession until it is repaired due to the probability of fuel leakage and fire. not to mention my warranty is up in three weeks. |
