| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Felt like the power steering was not working while making a left turn, which made it very hard to turn the steering wheel when making a turn at low speed. this occurred when the truck was les than 6,000 miles out of warranty. took to dealer who said that the rack and penion was bad. they contacted the factiry rep. who covered the part and i paid for the labor. |
