Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: Speedometer on 2004 suburban pegs out at 120 when driving slowly and it never returns to 0. based on web searches this is typical failure mode of gm instrument cluster which requires $400-$500 to replace. i, like many others can't afford to replace defective parts and therefore drive at unknown speeds
