Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: Tl* the contact owns a 2007 ford explorer sport trac. while driving the vehicle at night there was a star effect visible through the heated windshield. the heated windshield was not the original windshield. the star effect was caused by the lights from oncoming vehicles reflecting on the windshield, causing the contact to be distracted. the star effects disappeared when the oncoming vehicle came closer. the dealer replaced the windshield. however, the star effect continued to cause a distraction. the current and failure mileage were 2000. *ak update 4/9 *tr
