| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Tl*- the contact stated that while having the 2002 chevrolet trailblazer parked in the incline driveway with the emergency brake engaged the vehicle rolled from the park position and crashed into the house. this failure happened to the contact's vehicle twice. the first time on january 29, 2007 , and the second time was on march 17, 2007. the contact took the vehicle to the dealer and felt that the vehicle should be cover under nhtsa recall campaign id number: 01v334000 for the power train: transfer case (4-wheel drive), but the dealer stated that the vehicle did not fall under the recall. the current and failure mileage were both 40,000. *ak |
