| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Purchased new 2007 pontiac solstice 11/06. 3/12 driving west bound and trunk flies open - no warning light on dashboard. took car to dealership on 3/13 for an accessory to be installed. dealership called on 3/14 and said trunk was bent, scratched and damaged. was not the case when i turned in the car on 3/13. played phone tag the remainder of the week. dealership informed me on 3/19 that the trunk opening and damage to trunk was my fault and they will not fix under warranty, contact insurance company. car is still not fixed as of 3/21. *ak |
