Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: 2003 jeep grand cherokee limited 51,000 miles passenger side heat stop working causing windshield to not defrost. jeep says this is a very common problem but there is no recall on it yet. jeep admitted that the blend door is defective and they have a better part to replace it. had them replace this at a cost of $680.00. *ak
