| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I have a 2007 yamaha yzf-r1 motorcycle. i bought it last month and became aware of a throttle glitch with the bike. when the bike is running in second gear at 5500 rpm which is 48 mph, the bike is extremely slow to response to changes in the thottle, particularly accelerating. there is about a 3-4 lag. i am conserned because motorcyclist are already at a disadvantage if they are facing an accident. one of the only things they have going for them is to be able to out manuver the situtation. if the yahama 2007 yzf-r1 does not respond for several seconds this takes away our only advantage will facing an accident. |
