| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I bought a safety 1st car seat/stroller combo from k-mart in december 2006. earlier this month the seams on the car seat cover began to come undone, my 3 month old daughter got her leg caught in the hole, she had red marks on her ankle from where she got it caught. i contacted the companyabout this, and they refused to do anything about this, unless i had a receipt. i have kept all the emails that i sent them along with the reponse that they sent me.ak |
