| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I bought a car from guarantee automax in stafford, va on 3/3/07. the car still has paper tags and is not running. i went with a va state trooper to have the car inspected again and it failed. the tie rod was so loose i probably would have had an accident had i not detected this earlier. the problem has not been resolved by the dealer. he was trying to make me keep this vehicle, please help me get out of this unsafe vehicle. the car is a 99' cadillac deville 4 door sedan.*ak |
