| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Tl*the contact owns a 2000 dodge stratus. the contact claimed to receive a safety recall notice e23 regarding the high pressure power steering hose. on march 20, 2007 the vehicle was brought to the dealer. the contact was assured that the vehicle would be repaired the same day. at 4:00 pm the dealer informed the contact that the part was unavailable and repairs could not be completed until march 22, 2007. on the evening of march 22, 2007 the dealer stated again that the part was unavailable and would not have the vehicle ready until march 23, 2007. when the contact went to retrieve the repaired vehicle the dealer stated that over $800.00 worth of additional work was needed. the current and failure mileage were 83000.*ak |
