| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: 2006 land rover lr3 with n 9500 miles was taken to dealer for second episode of rain water leaking - dealer noticed increased wear on both back tires on inner surface. service representative stated lr issued a bulletin directing new specs on alignment/balancing due to a known issue of dramatic/unsafe wear on inner rear tires. dealer stated i will have to pay prorated schedule for tire replacement and alignment service - this was unsatisfactory as the wear was obviously due to a known manufacturer's issue. also quite concerned about multiple leaks from rain. purchased in california, but military stationed in north carolina. how could i pursue lemon law statutes . *ak |
