| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: 2003 jeep liberty had defective seat belts, both in the rear, coming apart at the exact same spot. the same day that contact had the jeep in the shop another woman had the exact same problem with her dodge suv. contacted chysler ,who said they would cover the parts only if i paid the dealer over $100.00 in labor costs, which was unfair since it was a clear defect. the belts were basically unused.*ak |
