| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I was stopping at a stop sign at the corner of rosedale & gwynns falls, baltimore maryland when i was struck in the rear by a mini van. the impact was very hard,the 2007 experdition i was driving suffered little damage,but the mini van looked to be a total loss. i suffered head,neck and back injuries. i had a concussion which was caused by dangerously hard head restraint. the accident was on march 18,2007 and my head still hurts very much this 26th day of march.*ak |
