| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: My wife ran into the back of a parked car on a residential street. she was driving her 2001 mercedes ml320 at approximately 35 mph. at impact, the vehicle flipped, landing on the passenger side roof at the front corner, then rolled over to an upright position. not a single airbag in the vehicle activated to protect her, even though both sides impacted the ground during the flip and rollover. *jb |
