Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: I have been trying to schedule service on my jeep libery after receiving a recall notice from the manufacturer. i have been waiting for over two months to get the jeep service station to receive the part. i was told today (3/27) that it may be another five months before the part comes in. in the meantime, i am driving an unsafe jeep liberty. this is unacceptable. the recall is on: lower ball joints (safety recall f23). *jb
