| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Bought a new 2007 honda odessey van in early december 2006. the first warm day in march, i turn on the ac and it does not work. we take the van in assuming that the ac never worked (as it was not used) and they said a rock from the road hit my condensor and it is a total loss. now i have difficulty understanding how this could have happened. i search the internet and find a ton of the same stories. i called the dealer and told them i am getting a second opinion and now they want to share in the cost of repair to me. it sounds like they realize there is a problem but are not accepting responsibility for it. |
