| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Tl*-the contact stated that the evenflo discovery model# 3911594l1 child seat didn't safely keep the child in the seat. while the child was sitting in the seat he slipped the strap from the harness off. after that he noticed the child pulling himself from the seat belt. the contact saw that the straps came off and the child was sitting on the straps. the contact stated that the child was 4 months old, and found it hard to believe that an infant could remove himself from the safety seat. the contact will submit a video of the child removing himself from the seat. *ak |
