Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: Tl*- the contact owns a 2000 ford taurus. while driving 25 mph the contact heard a loud noise coming from the front end of the vehicle. the dealer informed the contact that one rear coil spring and front two coil springs were fractured. the dealer stated the coil springs were defective. the front two coil springs were repaired as part of recall #04v332000. the dealer stated there was no recall on the rear coil springs. the contact felt that the rear coil springs should be included as part of the recall. the vehicle currently has 63,000 miles.*ak
