Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: Tl*- the contact owns a 2006 jayco seneca 34ss. the contact stated that the trailer hitch bolts were cracked. the dealer inspected the vehicle and replaced the bolts. the road conditions were clear. there was another occurrence when the contact heard a loud scraping noise coming from the rear of the vehicle. the contact noticed that the driver's side bolt was missing, and another one was bent. the manufacturer provided a new trailer hitch to the contact as part of recall #07v005000. approximately seven months later the contact noticed another bolt had cracked. the manufacturer advised the contact to go to the rv shop that installed the replacement hitch so that they could replace the bolts with heavy duty bolts. the vehicle currently has 35000 miles. *ak
