Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: My speedometer sometimes reads about 20 mph off then won't reset when i turn the vehicle off. it just stays at 20 mph...then sometimes it does reset and works fine. i took the vehicle to a chevy dealership and they said that since the problem wasn't happening at the time i took it in they couldn't do anything except re-program the speedo. that didn't help, it happened again after that. *jb
