Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Air bag light continually goes on and off. after extensive researching online, it looks like the clockspring is defective. apparently the air bag won't deploy in an accident, but dodge refuses to issue a recall. however, there are recalls on other year dodge trucks - but not the 2001 dakota, even though they were built at the same factories in the same year as the other models that did get issued a recall. *jb |
