| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I purchased the vehicle used, within the first week of ownership, i am having trouble with the ignition. i turn the key to start the car, think that it has started and find out it hasn't. upon calling the dealer, i was told that a recall was issued for this problem. taking it to a local pontiac dealership, i am informed there is not a recall for this problem. the dealer has given me a 30 day warranty, and pays to have the car repaired. upon a search on the internet i can not find any recalls for this problem. appreciate your help. thanks. *jb |
