| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Tl*the contact owns a 1999 honda accord. while driving 65 mph on a clear day the vehicle decelerated and the engine stalled with no warning indicators. the contact restarted the vehicle and pulled to the side of the road. approximately 10 minutes later the failure was duplicated while driving 65 mph. the failure occurred three times that day. the dealer stated that the ignition switch needed to be replaced, and informed the contact of recall # 02v12000 in 2002 for the electrical system: ignition switch. the vehicle was repaired ,and the contact was required to pay $143.52. the current mileage is 91,500 , and failure mileage was 91,000.*ak |
