Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Have had many instances where the power seats in my 2004 chrysler paciffica were not able to move. this has happened in instances in which it poses a significant driver safety issue. on one occasion my wife had to drive the vehicle with her body almost pinned against the steering wheel. this seems to be a known problem with many chrysler pacifica's, i have brought it to two separate dealers, and they both admit they had many occurrences of this. there are at least two separate technical service bulletins relating to this issue. they refuse too perform any services under a safety alert. it's only a matter of time until there is a fatality related too this problem. this is an extreme safety issue , and should be recalled by the manufacturer.*ak |
