| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Tl*the contact owns a 2003 jeep liberty. while turning into the driveway at 15 mph the vehicle produced a loud noise. the contact lost control of the vehicle and struck the side of a curb. the contacts head struck the dashboard. while attempting to drive the vehicle after the crash the contact was not aware that the tire detached from the vehicle, and noticed that it had flattened and the axle failed. in december 2006 the contact received recall notice # 03v460000 for the repair of the lower ball joints, and was currently on the dealers waiting list. the failure mileage was 61,215.*ak the consumer has provided pictures of the vehicle and the invoices for repair. updated 06/14/07 *tr |
