| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: My leased infiniti fx 35 has a design flaw admitted by my service manager that the condenser does not drain , thereby creating bacteria that creates an odor. the dealer has told me there was nothing that could except to spray air freshener in the system. i decided to get the air tested by an air quality company and my car tested positive for bacterial disease molds that were unhealthy. i have told the dealer and infiniti and no response. my doctor told me not to drive the car. *ak |
