| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Called dealership twice about recall on jeep liberty ball joint problem. i wastold it could be several months before i could have my jeep repaired because daimler chrysler was sending a few parts at a time. if this was serious they could certainly look at the sales of the dealerships and determine an average number to send to each one, even if in stages. what am i supposed to drive until then? do i just take my chances and hope for the best. if manufacture has a recall they should make sure the dealerships could take care of thier customers faster than a couple of months.*ak |
