| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: The backup lights on the new 2007 lexus rx350 backup lights are so dim that one cannot see when backing up. they are lens and do not have bulbs. i took the car to the dealership ,and they said they have had other complaints of the same nature, but that was the way the car was manufactured. i called lexus customer service, and they said the same thing. this was a safety issue. it was dangerous to drive at night. i did not let my wife drive alone in this car at night. i have to get out and tell her how to back up. ak |
