| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: The rear spring on my 2000 ford taurus have failed. sudden failure. my car started to skid and i nearly ran into a traffic sign. the spring has detached from the rear strut and is rubbing against my tire. i am very fortunate this did not happen at 65 mph. the front springs are covered by a recall but the rear springs are not. why??? this is the same safety problem that the front spring had. i now have to have my tire replaced and i can't drive my car. *tr |
