| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I owned my dodge ram 2500 pick up truck for 4 years. i have a state vehicle inspection every year and i had no problem in april of 2006. in april of 2007 i was informed by the dealership that both the upper and lower ball joints on the passenger side needed replacement. i have a total of 28,300 miles on the vehicle, only 5,000 of which were accumulated between april of 2006 and april 2007. i am retired.*ak |
