| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Broken windshield caused by a tiny pebble. pitting caused by sand and tiny pebbles on the road. the toyota fj cruiser windshield scares me due to how fragile the glass is. i can not see how these windshields could have been certified as safe by the department of transportation. i have owned vehicles with near vertical windshields in my lifetime and have never had them crack this easy. i even scratched one of the windows washing bird droppings off of the glass. i ended up replacing that window as well. some one really needs to look into the safety of this glass.*ak |
