Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: I have a 2003 jeep grand cherokee limited. i have had several problems with the ventilation system. sometimes it will blow hot air when the air conditioning is on and sometimes it will blow cold air when the heat is on. i have now spent $1,100 in total related repairs for this and had to have my car in the shop for over2 weeks time total. i was told the last time that the manufacturer warrantied the defective part, the controller, and i was not charged. to me it sounds like the manufacturer is aware there is a defect. even after the warranty repair it broke again one week later. i think it should be recalled.*ak
