| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Evenflo comet car seat with the turn knob to tighten and loosen straps cause twisting of the straps that can not be corrected with rethreading of the straps. the seatbelt guides are flimsy and break very easily. back of the car seat caused damage to the latch strap. evenflo is unwilling to acknowledge or rectify these safety issues reciting age of product. they claim to have no knowledge of my prior complaints. i am unsure of original purchase date or dates of prior complaints.*ak |
