| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: An rv dometic refrigerator recall referred me to this site for filing a complaint. it appears that this may not be the correct site. if it isn't, i am not surprised. per the recall, i called the dometic specified phone # and received a determination that my refrigerator qualifies for the recall. my complaint is that the person who i talked with was almost illiterate and had a very strong southern accent which made it almost impossible to understand. also, it is my understanding that i have to take my rv to a service center for installation of a repair kit. i believe that since it is a dometic defect, the repair facility should do the repair at the location where i keep the rv. *jb |
