| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I have a 2002 mercury sable with 17000 . i own it since 20000. i noticed that it was a little low in the back. so i thought well it has some miles so the springs and struts were wore out. i bought new ford struts and coils for the rear. i dropped the car off at the shop on 4-17-7. then i get a call at 7:00 pm saying that both off the coils are broke. so i went to pick the car up, and he said that he had never seen this in 43 years of working on cars. so the mechanic put the springs in a box so i could save them in case of a recall. *ak |
