| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: 2004 jeep grand cherokee , purchased on 02/19/2005 used vehicle with a 24,000 miles or less warranty. purchase price was $20,342.00, mileage on vehicle was: 17268 at time of purchase. problem: on 4/18/2007 i had to replace the transmission on this vehicle which cost me $3,018.99. can i be reimbursed for this mishap? as a consumer i do not believe a vehicle that is 2 1/2 years old should have transmission problems such as the one i incurred with this vehicle. my present mileage is: 57959 thank you for your assistance in this matter *tr |
