Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Tl* the contact owns a 2007 dodge ram 2500. three days after purchasing the vehicle, the contact attempted to decelerate and the brake pedal went down to the floor. the failure occurred while driving 45 mph on a clear day. the vehicle continued to roll before coming to a complete stop. the dealer stated that the brake line had punctured. the brake line was replaced that day. however, the brakes continued to fail. on the second visit to the dealer the brake booster was replaced. the brakes continued to fail once again after the repair. the contact took the vehicle to a different dodge dealer, but no failures were found. while driving at 55 mph and attempting to stop the brakes failed. the contact stated that the brakes felt as if they were sucking in air when they were depressed. the current mileage is 3,754, and failure mileage was 200.*ak |
