| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Tl* the contact owns a 2005 ford five hundred. the air bag indicator light remained illuminated. in march 2007 the vehicle was taken to the dealer for a diagnostic, but the results showed no air bag failure. the vehicle had been at the dealer since march 27, 2007, and they were still unable to duplicate the failure. the contact called the dealer on april 23, 2007, and was informed that a part had been ordered. the dealer did not mention that the failure was common with the ford five hundreds. the vehicle was taken to the dealer on three occasions , and dealer determined that the air bag indicator light did indeed remain illuminated. the current mileage is 23,445, and failure mileage was 23,261.*ak |
