Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Tl* the contact owns a 2005 keystone montana. the trailer was raised four inches from the truck bed when normally it was raised eight inches. the failure was due to the frame work being cracked. the camper was repaired. however, it failed again, and was currently being repaired. the contact has pictures and repair invoices. the failure and current mileages were unknown.*ak the consumer wanted to know if his information was received. updated 06/19/07. *jb the consumer stated that there is also king pin frame failure on the rv. the consumer provided various emails pertaining to the contact with the dealer for repairs and of various consumers with the same problem. the consumer wants to reimbursed for repairs that were not covered under the warranty however the dealer stated that no refund will be issued;the warranty does not cover the repairs due to the fact the rv frame was altered which voids the warranty. updated 06/08/07 *tr the consumer stated that a friend noticed that the pin box was not level and that the left side was higher than the right side. the consumer provided pictures of the defect and some of the complaints from montana owners club discussion forum. updated 07/06/07 *tr |
