Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Visibility:defroster/defoger heating system. my wife and i purchased our 2004 jeep grand cherokee in august of 06 with 38,000 miles on the odometer. while she had it in for a routine oil change she told the tech about noises in the dash and he responded with it supposed to sound like that. now 12,000 miles later the jeep has no heat at all and we need to pay $1,000 to fix something that is not covered under the extended warranty. we purchased this vehicle with the intension on keeping it for more than 100,000 miles. if we keep the jeep this long it looks like we'll have to have this fixed again if it breaks every 50,000 miles. i didn't see heat as an option on the window sticker. *tr |
