Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: I was driving in town and my speedometer stopped working at 0. the oil gauge is not working, pegged out at the max and my engine light is now constantly on. these events, particularly the speedometer not working, is a major safety hazard. not driving at controllable speeds can lead to an accident and death. the parts and labor to fix this problem is $550. while researching this problem on the internet, i've found out that this is a common problem with gmc's in this year. there should be a recall with the cluster unit on 2004 gmc envoys. gmc should try to prevent deaths that their products may create. *tr
