| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dometic recall on my refrigerator in my rv was done at the trailer park since my trailer is on blocks. the rv service sent me a bill for $45, a service charge. when i called dometic the said they do not pay for travel to stationary units. they created the problem and i have to pay??? when there was a recall on my dishwasher the company sent a repair service to my home at no charge. there should be no charge to me for the problem they created. *ak |
