| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Windshield wiper drive arm from wiper motor armature to driver's wiper broke, causing driver's wiper to fail and simultaneously jam passenger wiper while school bus was stopping in front of vehicle. my 20 month old dodge durango was being driven home from school by my daughter. this entire wiper pivot arm assembly is a terrible design and construction. it is failure by design. i have the failed part and assembly and can ship it to you if you to have engineers inspect. *ak |
