Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Tl*the contact owns a 2001 ford expedition. the current and failure mileage were 71000. while driving 2 mph the spark plugs spits and it affected the cylinder head, which affected the engine, causing the vehicle not to run. the contact spoke with her insurance company ,and they stated that there was a class action against ford for this problem.*ak the consumer states that to repair the vehicle, it would be $4,000 and the two extended warranties will not cover the cost. update 05/22/07*tr |
