| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I own a 2001 dodge ram pick up. approximately 2 years ago we discovered that the dashboard had cracked in numerous places. we had it replaced while the vehicle was still under warranty. we have discovered that the replaced dashboard is again cracking. i feel that these particular models are defective and i would like for the dashboard to be exchanged again without cost to me as a consumer. i do not want this dashboard caving in like others that have been reported with the same problems. i dearly love my truck and it's a shame that an item such as this could decide whether i buy from dodge in the future. thank you for your consideration of this request. *tr |
