Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I have owned my honda odyssey minivan for a little over a year. the ac wasn't working, and i have been told that a "rock or pebble" must have hit the condenser causing a puncture. the part alone is $790, and honda is refusing to cover under warranty. there are multiple complaints regarding this issue from other owners as the condenser lies low to the ground. honda is covering "some" people's costs, but not others. i feel this is likely a manufacturer defect that needs to be fixed, and covered under warranty. there is currently no grille or protection for the condenser. *tr |
